# accessiBe Inc.

- Jurisdiction: United States (US)

**Question.** What is accessiBe Inc., who has acted for it, and which proceedings concern it?

**Answer.** accessiBe Inc. is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2020 and wholly owned by accessiBe Ltd., with its principal office at 1140 Broadway, New York, opened in 2021. With its parent it is a respondent to the FTC's April 2025 consent order, which Dekel Skoop signed for both companies as chief executive. It is the defendant in the customers' class action in the Southern District of New York, represented by Blank Rome LLP, and a customer sued under the ADA brought a third-party complaint against it in 2024.

## The company

- Analysis: accessiBe Ltd. incorporated accessiBe Inc. in Delaware in 2020, with a Delaware address at 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington; it obtained a licence to do business in New York in 2021 and opened its New York office on or about September 29, 2021, according to the FTC complaint. The FTC's final order of April 21, 2025 finds that accessiBe Inc. has its principal office at 1140 Broadway, New York, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of accessiBe Ltd. In AudioEye's suit Dekel Skoop testified that he and Gal Vizel were relocating to New York, where the U.S. subsidiary had leased office space, while the engineering, sales, marketing, support and finance staff were based in Israel. ## People who have acted for it

- Analysis: Dekel Skoop signed the FTC consent agreement, published in January 2025, as chief executive officer of both accessiBe Inc. and accessiBe Ltd. Yaniv Aronowich, who served about four years as accessiBe's vice-president for legal affairs, signed accessiBe Inc.'s declaration of citizenship in the New York class action in March 2026. ## Proceedings

- Analysis: With its parent, accessiBe Inc. is a respondent to the FTC's decision and order of April 21, 2025 in Docket No. C-4817, which bars deceptive WCAG claims, misrepresentations, deceptive endorsements and undisclosed material connections and obliged the two companies to pay the Commission $1,000,000. It is the defendant in the putative class action filed by Sherwin K. Parikh MD, P.C. on June 26, 2024 in the Southern District of New York (No. 1:24-cv-04848), served on it on July 11, 2024 through the New York Secretary of State and defended by Blank Rome LLP lawyers including Samuel David Levy and Martin S. Krezalek. In 2026 it filed a declaration on its citizenship and, on June 25, answered the amended complaint; commercial and nonprofit docket mirrors, which may lag the court's own system, show no settlement, class certification or judgment as of October 9, 2026. In a May 2024 ADA suit against Urbani Truffles USA Corporation the defendant brought a third-party complaint and requested a summons to accessiBe Inc. in August 2024; the outcome of that claim is not shown, and the case closed on December 13, 2024.
