# accessiBe Ltd. and accessiBe Inc.: identity and structure

**Question.** What exactly is accessiBe as a legal entity, how is the U.S. subsidiary related to it, and where are its staff?

**Answer.** accessiBe Ltd. is an Israeli private company, number 515855302, incorporated on 3 June 2018, with VAT number IL515855302 and its address in Tel Aviv; its register details come from mirrors of the Israeli register. accessiBe Inc., incorporated in Delaware in 2020 with an office in New York from 2021, is its wholly owned subsidiary, as the FTC's final order finds. The FTC complaint alleged that the two operated as a common enterprise, which they neither admitted nor denied. In 2021 accessiBe told a U.S. court that its development, marketing and staff were in Israel; it reported more than 200 employees in 2026.

## Registration and identifiers

- Analysis: accessiBe Ltd. (in Hebrew אקססיבי בע"מ) is an Israeli private company with company number 515855302, incorporated on 3 June 2018. Registry-data services list it as active, at 3 HaMelacha Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, with the stated purpose "to engage in any lawful activity" and a latest filed annual report for 2025; these come from commercial and civic mirrors of the Israeli register, since no extract from the Registrar of Companies itself is retained. A registry-data service that checked the number in October 2026 reported no notices for it in the official gazette database, which carries liquidation, merger and insolvency notices; that is a commercial search result, not an official certificate. - Analysis: The company's German-language website imprint, in a version dated 10 June 2025, gives the same register number, the VAT identification number IL515855302 and Robert Lopez as the managing director authorised to represent it. Trademark data reproduced from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office show an application for the mark ACCESSIBE (serial number 88527236) filed by ACCESSIBE LTD. on July 22, 2019 for software-as-a-service that modifies websites for accessibility. A commercial company-data platform attributes 11 granted patents and 10 trademarks to accessiBe without naming them; neither the mark's status nor any patent was checked against the official registers. ## The Israeli parent and the U.S. subsidiary

- Analysis: The FTC's final decision and order of April 21, 2025 finds that accessiBe Ltd. has its principal place of business at Victoria House, 3 Ha'melacha Street, Tel Aviv, and that accessiBe Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1140 Broadway, New York, is its wholly owned subsidiary. The FTC complaint gives the history: founded in Israel in 2018, accessiBe Ltd. incorporated accessiBe Inc. in Delaware in 2020, obtained a licence to do business in New York in 2021 and opened its New York office on or about September 29, 2021; the subsidiary's Delaware address is 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington. [src-002] [src-014]
- Analysis: The complaint also alleged that accessiBe Ltd., as sole shareholder, had a board of directors overseeing both companies and that the two operated as a common enterprise, with common ownership, officers, employees and offices and commingled funds, so that each was liable for the practices alleged. That is an allegation: in the consent agreement both companies neither admitted nor denied the complaint, except the facts needed for jurisdiction. The final order binds both as respondents, and its findings state only that accessiBe Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of accessiBe Ltd. [src-014]

## Where the company works and how large it is

- Analysis: Where the work is done came up in AudioEye's suit. In 2021 accessiBe told the Western District of Texas that accessiBe Ltd. was registered and located in Israel with no U.S. locations or employees, that it had researched, designed and developed the accused software and run its marketing in Israel, and that its hosting server was in New York with a backup in Europe; the court's order of March 9, 2022 records these statements. Dekel Skoop, then identified as chief operations officer, testified that the engineers and the sales, marketing, support and finance staff were based in Israel, and later that he and co-founder Gal Vizel, the chief revenue officer, were relocating to New York, where the U.S. subsidiary had leased offices. - Analysis: Headcount figures come from the press and databases rather than audited reports. Israeli business papers reported 47 employees in Ramat Gan in May 2020 and 72 in February 2021, and a critics' website gave the company's 2021 address as 6 Hachilazon Street, Ramat Gan; in August 2022 an Israeli business daily reported about 140 employees and offices in Tel Aviv and New York. In 2026 the company's website said it had more than 200 employees, an Israeli startup database listed 201–500 and a contact-data aggregator counted 210 employee profiles in September 2026; no audited headcount is retained.
