Two further AppLovin-named Singapore companies were struck off in January 2026. Registers show WURL, LLC at AppLovin's Palo Alto office and an Israeli extract lists Adam Foroughi as a director of SafeDK. ## Subsidiary lists - Analysis: The full subsidiary list filed with the 2021 annual report includes the Adjust group, AppLovin GmbH, AL HK Ltd, AppLovin Cayman Limited and AppLovin Corporate Limited, AppLovin Active Holdings, a Chinese consulting company, AppLovin Cyprus, the Israeli SafeDK and Unbotify, Morocco, Inc., Samfinaco and studios such as Machine Zone, Geewa and Clipwire. The 2022 list adds WURL, LLC and Magic Tavern; the lists for 2024 and 2025 name only Adjust GmbH, AppLovin Active Holdings and AppLovin (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in April 2023 for software publishing and advertising, according to a directory. Two other companies with the group's name, AppLovin (Singapore) Technologies I and II, with consecutive registration numbers, were struck off on January 26, 2026 according to the official gazette; neither appears in AppLovin's subsidiary lists, and the connection rests on their names and directory profiles. AppLovin GmbH is registered in Berlin under HRB 179573 B and was a seller in the 2025 Apps sale; an aggregator lists Dominik Roß as a managing director.
