Register publications list André Terlinden as chair of the board at registration and a second board member identified only by the initials S. S. (IČO 55157157) came into existence on 26 January 2023 under the name TRJK CO s.r.o., registered with the Commercial Register of the Prešov District Court; it bore that name until 24 April 2023 and had its seat in Prešov until 12 May 2023. It is now seated at Odborárska 21, Bratislava, with registered capital of EUR 5,000, fully paid, and for 2025 it reported no revenue and a loss of EUR 370. These details are read through a Slovak business-information service reproducing the commercial register and the company's accounts. [src-049] [src-050] - Analysis: The full extract of the Slovak Commercial Register (ORSR) shows Divisio Holding AG of Baarerstrasse 78, Zug (CHE-161.370.248) as sole shareholder of zondacrypto SK since 22 April 2023, with a fully paid cash contribution of EUR 5,000; from 26 January to 21 April 2023 the shareholders were an individual and TRJK s. r. o. The Slovak company is therefore held by BB Trade Estonia OÜ's parent company, not by BB Trade Estonia OÜ. The extract records Przemysław Kral as its sole statutory director (konateľ), with his function beginning on 25 March 2023 (entry effective from 22 April 2023) and authority to act for the company alone; a different individual was director from 26 January to 24 March 2023. An extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 15 September 2025 resolved to dissolve the company, which has been in liquidation since that date with Kral as liquidator; its 2024 accounts show assets of PLN 5 thousand and no revenue. Its stated objectives include social, educational, charitable and health activities and the promotion of modern technologies. He was also one of four partners of Duraj, Reck & Kral Adwokaci, Doradcy Podatkowi sp.p., a Katowice partnership of advocates and tax advisers registered on 14 March 2011 and terminated on 9 September 2020. The state record lists officers and a registered agent but not shareholders, so it does not show whether BB Trade Estonia OÜ, another group company or Kral owns the corporation.
