Turicum Private Bank of Gibraltar lists Bisang as an executive director, and the registers show board or management roles in investment and holding companies in the Canton of Zug, in several Zurich-area event, bar and restaurant companies and in a foundation. ## Digital Wave Finance and Turcapital - Analysis: Bisang was the founding chair of Digital Wave Finance AG's board, with individual signing authority, from entry 1 (18 December 2018). From entry 2 (18 December 2019) Bisang remained a board member with joint signing authority, and the registration was cancelled with entry 3 (daily register of 7 August 2020); the cryptocurrency news outlet dated the departure from Digital Wave Finance to June 2020. At Turcapital AG, then Digital Wave Assets AG, Bisang chaired the founding board, first with joint signing authority and from entry 2 (4 September 2020) with individual signing authority, alongside Michael Rendchen and Remo Schweizer, who left with that entry, and later Tobias Straube and Tobias Widmer. Its staff page says that Bisang has worked in the financial sector with hedge funds and regulated Swiss investment fund companies, was a founding investor in two Swiss wealth and asset management firms, helped establish a company specialising in legal and compliance services, and represents both the bank's Zurich representative office and a shareholder group. That is the bank's own description, and it does not name the firms. The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission's register lists Turicum Private Bank Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Gibraltar on 12 January 1993 under number 47119, at Turicum House, 315 Main Street, with the trading name Turicum Mortgages and permissions including deposit-taking and MiFID investment services. Kultstatus GmbH (CHE-115.059.787), founded in Zurich in 2009 to organise and market events and now seated in Küsnacht, had two partners at its foundation, each with ten quotas of CHF 1,000 out of a capital of CHF 20,000: Marco Ammann, chair of the management, and Louis Bisang, partner and managing director with individual signing authority; North Data still shows Bisang as managing director after a change of shareholdings published in February 2021. Sanapa GmbH of Zollikon (CHE-225.244.068), an entertainment and recreation company founded with a capital of CHF 30,000 according to a SHAB notice of 18 July 2022, has Bisang as one of six partners and managing directors, each holding five quotas of CHF 1,000 with joint signing authority. A SHAB notice of 19 February 2021 records that Bisang became a partner without signing authority of Dros GmbH of Klosters (CHE-114.637.291), which operates discotheques, bars and restaurants, holding 30 quotas of CHF 100, having previously been a partner and managing director with individual signing authority holding three quotas of CHF 1,000.
