**Question.** What is Turcapital AG, formerly Digital Wave Assets AG, and how is it connected to Digital Wave Finance?

**Answer.** Turcapital AG was registered in Zug in December 2019 as Digital Wave Assets AG, with Louis Bisang as chair and Michael Rendchen and Remo Schweizer as members; the latter two left in September 2020. In 2024 it raised its capital to CHF 1 million and adopted an asset-management purpose, it appears in FINMA's list of authorised portfolio managers, and in 2025 it took its present name. The cryptocurrency news outlet reported that Marco Schweizer had once described it as responsible for third parties' money; its chief operating officer said there had never been any business between it and Digital Wave Finance or DWF Labs.

## In the register

- Analysis: Turcapital AG (CHE-160.336.941) was entered in the Zug commercial register on 16 December 2019 under the name Digital Wave Assets AG (in French and English Digital Wave Assets SA and Digital Wave Assets Ltd.), with a share capital of CHF 100,000 and the purpose of providing data-processing services and operating various, mostly automated, data systems. Its first address was Hofstrasse 14, 6300 Zug; since entry 2 (4 September 2020) it has been Industriestrasse 47, 6300 Zug. At its foundation the board consisted of Louis Bisang as chair and Michael Rendchen and Remo Schweizer as members, all with joint signing authority. Rendchen and Remo Schweizer left with entry 2, when Bisang received individual signing authority and Tobias Straube joined the board, and Tobias Widmer joined with entry 5 (28 September 2026); the register extract of 7 October 2026 shows Bisang as chair with individual signing authority and Straube and Widmer as members with joint signing authority. With entry 4 (10 February 2025; articles of 16 January 2025) the company was renamed Turcapital AG (Turcapital SA, Turcapital Ltd.). [src-005]
- Analysis: With entry 3 (1 February 2024; articles of 22 December 2023) the company raised its share capital from CHF 100,000 to CHF 1,000,000 in an ordinary capital increase made partly by setting off a claim of CHF 650,000, for which 6,500 restricted registered shares of CHF 100 were issued; the register does not say who held that claim. Its purpose became asset-management services for private, professional and institutional clients, carried on in Switzerland as an asset manager under the Financial Institutions Act and subject to state supervision. In FINMA's list of authorised portfolio managers and trustees, as downloaded on 7 October 2026, Turcapital AG of Zug appears as a portfolio manager supervised by OSFINcontrol AG. The list was read from a scanned PDF: Digital Wave Finance AG was not found on the pages read, but the reading was partial, and no conclusion about the subject's own licensing is drawn from it. The LEI 5067008QHS2OV885K671 was issued to Digital Wave Assets AG on 9 January 2020 with Hofstrasse 14 as its address; the legal address was changed to Industriestrasse 47 in September 2020 and the headquarters address in August 2022. The LEI lapsed from January 2021 until it was reissued in February 2024 and again from 15 February to 3 March 2025, took the name Turcapital AG on 13 February 2025 and is currently active. ## Shared addresses

- Analysis: Turcapital's address since September 2020, Industriestrasse 47 in Zug, is also the registered address of JURISAUDIT AG, the auditor of Digital Wave Finance AG since March 2024; a shared address does not by itself show common control or a business relationship. Its first registered address, Hofstrasse 14 in Zug, used from December 2019 to September 2020, is where the telephone directory consulted in October 2026 lists Digital Wave Finance AG's office. The two address records are six years apart, so they do not show that the companies shared premises at the same time. [src-032] [src-005] [src-040]

## The cryptocurrency news outlet's account and the company's reply

- Analysis: The cryptocurrency news outlet reported that in December 2019 a separate entity, Digital Wave Assets, was set up in Zug with early board members including Remo Schweizer, Rendchen and Bisang, and that shortly afterwards Marco Schweizer said in internal messages seen by the cryptocurrency news outlet that the company was responsible for money from third parties. Digital Wave Finance itself, according to the cryptocurrency news outlet, had millions of dollars of third-party interest at that time but turned it down because it had reached capacity with its own funds, and it later stated in pitch decks and publicly that it had no external investors. During 2020 Digital Wave Assets became an asset management and securitisation firm called Digital Waves with Bisang as chair, later regulated by the self-regulatory body VQF according to its website. The internal messages are described by the cryptocurrency news outlet and not retained here. Tobias Straube, chief operating officer of Digital Waves, told the cryptocurrency news outlet: "We are aware about Digital Wave Finance/DWF Labs, individual shareholders have had limited relationships with both companies. However, there has never been any active business, collaboration or transaction between Digital Wave AG (DWA) on one hand and DWF/DWF Labs on the other hand." [src-002]
