Its Florida record names two Advita Holdings companies at the Greenwich, Connecticut, address of Strategic Value Partners as members, and the EXACTECH trade mark has been assigned to it in Canada. ## Launch and owners - Analysis: Advita Ortho, LLC announced on 3 November 2025 that it had acquired Exactech's product lines — among them the Equinoxe shoulder, Vantage ankle, Alteon hip and Truliant knee and the GPS navigation technology — together with its engineering, manufacturing and staff, and that it was owned by funds managed by affiliates of Strategic Value Partners, Stellex Capital Management and Greywolf Capital Management. Its board is chaired by Luigi Ferrari, a senior adviser to Strategic Value Partners, and includes chief executive Aurelio Sahagun, Dave Demski and directors from the three owners. A local television investigation reported in September 2026 that many Exactech employees moved to Advita Ortho and that the new company did not take on most of Exactech's old liabilities. In Canada the EXACTECH trade mark was assigned by Exactech, Inc. to Advita Ortho with a date of change of 31 October 2025, while the US ADVITA ORTHO mark was registered in July 2026 in Exactech, Inc.'s name.
