Its US sales arm, Exactech U.S., Inc., was merged into the parent, and after the 2025 sale most foreign subsidiaries took Advita Ortho names. An offshore-companies database also lists a Barbados company named Exactech International, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, without a recorded owner. ## Subsidiary lists - Analysis: An earlier subsidiary list filed with the SEC named Exactech International Corporation (Florida), Exactech Asia, trading as Exactech Medical (Shanghai), Exactech Taiwan, Exactech (UK), Exactech KK in Tokyo and Altiva Corporation; the 2013 list dropped Altiva and added Exactech U.S., Inc., Exactech International Operations, Exactech France, Exactech Deutschland and Exactech Iberica. The Florida company in the list corresponds in the state register to Exactech International, LLC, managed by Exactech, Inc. and dissolved in 2016. Exactech U.S., Inc., which handled US sales and distribution, was merged into Exactech, Inc. by articles filed in February 2023 with effect from October 2020. Exactech Italia S.p.A. has been Advita Ortho Italy since November 2025, though the global LEI register still names Exactech, Inc. as its parent; the Swiss operating company became Advita International Ops AG in July 2026; Exactech Deutschland became Advita Ortho Germany in June 2026, with Nicolas Hohl as managing director since October 2025; the French company is now Advita Ortho France, presided over by Laurent Mouillac; and the Spanish company appears as Advita Ortho Iberica. Petty, Roy William Petty, Timothy J. Seese and Gary J. Miller; no shareholder or purpose is recorded.
