The Swiss and French subsidiaries supplied the debtors. After the 2025 sale several registers show Advita Ortho names: the Swiss, French, German, Italian, Australian, Spanish and English companies. Domestic vehicles such as Exactech International, LLC and ExactOrtho, Inc. were terminated or dissolved earlier. ## The group in 2024 - Analysis: A simplified organisational chart attached to the 2024 first-day declaration shows below Exactech, Inc. Exactech Italia S.p.A., Exactech International Operation AG (Switzerland), Blue Ortho SAS (France), Exactech Korea, JointMedica Limited (U.K.), Exactech Deutschland GmbH, Exactech UK Limited, Exactech France SAS, a Spanish S.L.U., Exactech KK (Japan), an Australian Pty Ltd, Exactech EOG GmbH (Austria) and Exactech Portugal, LDA; the chart was read from an image and its ownership percentages are only partly legible. The debtors sold products to these non-debtor subsidiaries for resale, bought goods and services from Exactech International Operation AG and Blue Ortho SAS, and lent to the foreign subsidiaries. [src-003] ## Switzerland and France - Analysis: A Swiss Official Gazette notice, reproduced by a company-data site, records that Exactech International Operation AG of Muri bei Bern (CHE-115.564.269) amended its articles on July 16, 2026 and became Advita International Ops AG; its earlier names include Exactech Switzerland Ltd., Exactech Schweiz AG and Exactech Suisse SA. Another data site reports that it was entered in the commercial register on March 31, 2010 and lists Richard Edmund Andrews Jr. and Monica Rognoni as board members with signing authority and PricewaterhouseCoopers AG as auditor from February 27, 2024. It lists the company with SIREN 433701166, created in Mérignac in 2000, as ADVITA ORTHO FRANCE SAS, with Laurent Mouillac as président and RSM France as auditor, zero revenue and a net loss of 254,823 euros for 2025; a data site gives Mouillac as président since January 13, 2020. [src-022] [src-031] [src-052] ## Germany and Austria - Analysis: Register notices summarised by a data site show Exactech Deutschland GmbH (Kiel local court HRB 11872 KI, previously Berlin-Charlottenburg HRB 125481 B) renamed Advita Ortho Germany GmbH on June 3, 2026; its managing directors were Alexander Kohtz until August 2020, David Timm Backhuß from August 3, 2020 to October 30, 2025 and Nicolas Hohl from October 30, 2025. A data site lists its sole shareholder as "Exatech International", without saying which group company that is. Its 2023 accounts report a net loss of €219,377.68 and a deficit not covered by equity of €2,426,553.34, and note that on April 1, 2010 it bought the business of Tantum AG of Neumünster. The company, now ADVITA ORTHO UK LIMITED, has as current directors Richard Edmund Andrews Jr. and Nicolas Sylvain Hohl, appointed on April 1, 2024 with a correspondence address at the Swiss subsidiary, and Eric Noel Roger Astoin, Nathan John Beckley and Andrew Peter O'Hare, appointed on February 5, 2026; from October 31, 2025 it has stated that it has no person with significant control. A second company, EXACTECH (UK) 2 LIMITED (16540209), had Andrews, Hohl and Johnson as directors from June 25, 2025, Johnson resigning in October, and Astoin, Beckley and O'Hare from October 22, 2025; it is now dissolved. The Australian Business Register shows ABN 60 146 150 754 under the name Exactech Australia Pty Ltd from September 9, 2010 to February 10, 2026 and Advita Ortho AUS Pty Ltd since, and GLEIF lists the company (LEI 87550015Y6TSRR63XC35) under the new name. A Spanish data site lists ADVITA ORTHO IBERICA SL at the Asturias technology park in Llanera, first registered on February 22, 2010; the record identifies it as Exactech's Spanish subsidiary only through its former name.
