A published review of Orient's 2025 financial statements, by an unnamed author, describes Orient as the official distributor of Midea products in Russia, names the same Chinese company as its sole participant (100%), states that until May 2024 the participant was Midea Electrics Netherlands B.V. of the Netherlands, and says Jin Xin has been general director since 12 August 2024. It reports 2025 revenue of RUB 20,705 million (2024: RUB 16,012 million), net profit of RUB 303 million (2024: RUB 81 million) and accounts payable of RUB 7.6 billion, rounded figures that match the tax-service data reproduced by a commercial service. A Chinese media report, citing a commercial company-data service, named Foshan Midea Air-Conditioning Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Midea Group Co., Ltd. as joint shareholders and Wang Jianguo as legal representative, but gave neither the year of establishment nor the shareholding split; its Wang Jianguo is taken to be Midea Group's executive of that name in view of the Midea shareholders, while the later listing names a different legal representative and the record does not say when the change occurred.
