# RealPage’s changing board and management

**Question.** Which leadership records refer to the same period, and which do not?

**Answer.** The pre-buyout board, closing appointments and 2026 roster describe different stages; several executives later moved to other companies.

## Three snapshots, not one combined board

- Analysis: The April 2021 public-company board included Winn and seven other directors, with separate audit, compensation and nominating committees. The merger-closing filing then recorded appointments of Orlando Bravo, Scott Crabill and Winn. Combining these lists into a single current board would obscure the change in governance at the buyout. [s-d3] [s-d2]
- Documented: The closing filing recorded Orlando Bravo and Scott Crabill becoming RealPage directors on 22 April 2021 and Stephen Winn being appointed a director. Officers immediately before closing continued as officers at closing. [s-d2]
  - Qualification: This is the closing-date composition, not the 2026 board.
- Analysis: Dana Jones succeeded Winn as CEO in August 2021; Dirk Wakeham became CEO, president and director in November 2025. Wakeham had previously joined through the acquisition of his business and served as RealPage president before working elsewhere, including Vista Equity Partners. The appointment record does not establish that a particular lawsuit caused the change. [s-d20] [s-d5] [s-d9]
- Documented: Dana Jones succeeded Winn on 2 August 2021. RealPage announced Dirk Wakeham as president, CEO and director in November 2025. Wakeham had previously founded Multifamily Internet Ventures, acquired by RealPage in April 2007, had been RealPage president from December 2009, and later worked as a managing director at Vista Equity Partners. [s-d20] [s-d5] [s-d9]
  - Qualification: The appointment announcement does not establish that litigation caused the management change.
- Analysis: The March 2026 Florida return named Akash Raj as CFO, whereas the later management page named Evan Lorch interim CFO. Raj’s appointment at Mission Critical Group in September helps establish that the older return is stale for that office, but does not supply the exact date of RealPage’s transition. [s-d181] [s-d7] [s-d83]
- Documented: The March 2026 Florida return listed directors Tara Gadgil, Charles Goodman, Dirk Wakeham, Erik Akopiantz, Holden Spaht (spelled Spacht in that entry) and S. Scott Crabill. It named Akash Raj as CFO. By the retained company-site snapshot, Evan Lorch was interim CFO; Mission Critical Group announced Raj as its CFO on 1 September 2026. [s-d181] [s-d7] [s-d83]
  - Qualification: The Florida return and later company announcements refer to different dates. The exact RealPage CFO transition date is not established.

## Career connections with their actual capacities

- Analysis: The retained biographies link Jones and Doshi with Sparta Systems and Sabre Airline Solutions in different roles. Glover’s history spans several RealPage positions and a later move to WebPT. Shelton’s later CFO appointments at Gainsight and Vendasta should not be folded into his earlier RealPage tenure. These career connections explain experience and movement between businesses, not shared control. [s-d3] [s-d46] [s-d110] [s-d105] [s-d182] [s-d9] [s-d251] [s-d276]
- Documented: Ashley Glover held multiple RealPage roles, including COO in 2018–2020 and president from January 2020, after earlier multifamily and resident-services work. Her retained biography describes earlier McKinsey work and a November 2021 move to WebPT; a 2024 nonprofit-return representation lists her as a Dallas Urban Debate Alliance director. [s-d105] [s-d182] [s-d3] [s-d9]
  - Qualification: Historical biographies and the nonprofit return establish dated roles, not their continuation to the evidence cutoff.
- Documented: Brian Shelton moved from RealPage to become Gainsight CFO in February 2022 and was announced as Vendasta CFO in January 2023. The Gainsight announcement describes RealPage finance work during 2014–2021 and prior St. Jude Medical finance roles during 2004–2014. [s-d251] [s-d276]
  - Qualification: The 2014–2021 period describes finance leadership, not seven years continuously holding the CFO title.
- Analysis: Britti’s acquisition work, Monk’s legal role and Twining’s people function are distinct responsibilities. Their prior employers and subsequent professional connections remain in the graph with dates or an explicit absence of dates. The same treatment applies to former board members’ investment-firm and software-company roles. [s-d250] [s-d3] [s-d206] [s-d195] [s-d226] [s-d245] [s-d204] [s-d284] [s-d17] [s-d205]
- Documented: Charles Kane chaired RealPage’s audit committee from February 2013. Other records describe Progress Software board service from November 2006, a One Laptop Per Child role, prior CFO roles at RSA Security, Aspen Technology and Informix, and CFO/COO followed by president/CEO roles at Corechange. [s-d204] [s-d284] [s-d3]
  - Qualification: Different documents establish different career dates; the network does not treat all of these offices as concurrent or current.
- Analysis: The filing’s reference to Alfred Berkeley’s Pipeline consent decree concerns his role in another business. It does not make RealPage a subject of that proceeding. Alfred and Richard Berkeley remain separate participants, as do corporate entities that merely share directors. [s-d242] [s-d3] [s-d9]
- Documented: Alfred Berkeley III served on RealPage’s board from 2003 and previously led Nasdaq and Pipeline Financial Group. The 2021 filing disclosed a 24 October 2011 SEC consent decree concerning his Pipeline Trading Systems role. Richard Berkeley, a separate former RealPage director and Camden Partners member, is identified as his brother in the historical prospectus. [s-d242] [s-d3] [s-d9]
  - Qualification: The disclosed Pipeline proceeding concerns Berkeley’s role there, not a finding against RealPage. Its full decree and subsequent status are not reproduced in the retained material used here.

## Additional documented records

- Analysis: The accompanying records preserve earlier career and board roles, with their recorded dates. A historical roster does not identify the present management team. [s-d3] [s-d7]
- Documented: The retained management page listed Dirk Wakeham as CEO, Vinit Doshi as COO, David Monk as legal chief/secretary and Brandon Bible as growth chief, alongside Titina Ott Adams, Shamik Mukherjee, Jack Webber, Paul Sexton, Blair Austin, Sean Leaver, Lance French and Zahir Khoja in customer, marketing, sales, people, strategy, portfolio, technology and fintech roles. [s-d7]
  - Qualification: This is the company’s roster at the retained October 2026 snapshot, rather than independently established tenure dates.
