**Question.** Which records can be downloaded and how can their evidence be traced?

**Answer.** This dataset contains the same public evidence as the dossier: participants, relationships, events, assertions and sources. Qualifications, replies and known outcomes are retained in JSON, JSONL and CSV. The scope and method explain which original records were accepted; this is not a copy of the original archive.
