In Taiwan, Super Micro Computer, Inc. Taiwan is wholly owned by the parent, with Alex Hsu as chairman and Charles Liang and Sara Liu as directors representing it. The two subsidiary lists name different Taiwanese management companies, each 50% held by the Taiwan subsidiary, and the records do not settle whether they are one company. ## The subsidiary lists - Analysis: Exhibit 21.1 to Supermicro's annual report for fiscal 2026 lists 24 subsidiaries as of June 30, 2026. In the Americas they are Super Micro Computer US LLC, Super Micro Computer Federal LLC and Advanced Business Computer.AI (United States), Super Micro Computer Canada Inc., Super Micro Computer Mexico, S. de. R.L.de C.V. and Super Micro Computer International Inc. (Cayman Islands). In Europe they are Super Micro Computer B.V. and Super Micro Computer Holdings B.V. (the Netherlands), Super Micro Computer Limited (England and Wales), Super Micro Computer SARL (France), Super Micro Computer GmbH (Germany), Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. and Super Micro Computer, S.R.L. Five are in the Americas: the two U.S. limited liability companies, the Mexican and Canadian companies and Super Micro Computer International Inc. of the Cayman Islands. Supermicro SHO does not appear in the June 30, 2026 list, and the schedule does not list the Indian or Australian companies, Advanced Business Computer.AI or either Taiwanese management company. Taiwan (美超微電腦股份有限公司, unified business number 12729477) is registered with Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs as a company with overseas or foreign investment, incorporated on December 29, 2000, with paid-in capital of NT$1,500,000,000 in 150,000,000 shares of NT$10 and a registered address in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City. All its shares are held by the parent, Super Micro Computer, Inc. For the board term from December 30, 2024 to December 29, 2027 the register lists Alex Hsu (許春來) as chairman and registered representative and Charles Liang (梁見後) and Sara Liu (劉秋菊) as directors, each representing the sole shareholder; no managers are registered. The register's change history shows an earlier address in the entry of August 10, 2012 and the current one from February 5, 2013, when the company's capital was NT$300,000,000. [src-017] - Analysis: The Taiwan subsidiary also holds half the equity of two management companies: Schedule 6.18 to the December 2025 credit agreement lists 50% interests in Super Micro Asia Science and Technology Park, Inc. and in Super Micro Management Consulting Inc. The January 2025 subsidiary list names the first and the June 2026 list names the second instead, although the fiscal 2026 annual report's own text still names Super Micro Asia Science and Technology Park, Inc. as the consolidated variable interest entity and as the management company established with Ablecom. Taiwan's registry shows Super Micro Management Consulting Inc. under that name in every recorded change since 2012 and under no earlier English or Chinese name, and the records reviewed contain no registry entry under the Asia Science and Technology Park name, so the joint management company described in the annual reports may be either company. Its three active directors are David Weigand (appointed February 25, 2021), Kenneth Cheung and Vikranth Malyala (both appointed January 1, 2024), each giving Supermicro's 980 Rock Avenue address in San Jose for correspondence. Its former directors are Howard Hideshima (August 24, 2016 to January 30, 2018), Kevin Bauer (January 30, 2018 to February 25, 2021) and Ying Chen (January 1, 2024 to April 30, 2026). For Cheung, Hideshima and Chen the register shows this directorship as their only appointment. Two business-information aggregators restating the register of Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority record Super Micro Computer (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., unique entity number 202436438Z, as a live private company limited by shares incorporated on September 4, 2024, with its registered office in the Republic Plaza building at Raffles Place. Its principal activity is business representative offices, with information technology consultancy as a secondary activity; one listing updated on October 12, 2026 counts six officers without naming them, and neither shows its officers or shareholders.
