Between February 2025 and April 2026 it became a participant of three new Kaliningrad international companies, Almarea Limited, BCS Global Markets Holding Ltd and Sasare Holdings Limited. Cypriot companies with the same names, each with Alexey Annenkov as last director, were struck off on those same days; no transfer document was retrieved, so a move of incorporation is consistent with the records but not stated in them. ## Piligrim LLC - Analysis: Piligrim LLC (OOO 'Piligrim') was registered in Moscow on 13 August 2024 under state registration number 1247700545916 with share capital of RUB 50,000; its main registered activity is that of a holding company, its address is Prospekt Mira 69, building 1, room 1/5, and Nina Chevardina has been its general director since 13 August 2024. According to Russian registry data shown by aggregators, Oleg Vladimirovich Mikhasenko was a participant from August 2024, a start date taken from an aggregator's observation window, and Natalya Olegovna Mikhasenko held 1% (RUB 500) from 24 January 2025. On 25 June 2026 both were removed from the register of participants and Alexandra Olegovna Mikhasenko became the sole participant, holding 100%. The records state no family relationship between the persons named. Federal Tax Service data shown by an aggregator put Piligrim's assets for 2025 at RUB 568.4 million, with an average of zero employees. Almarea (state registration number 1253900001981, at Oktyabrskaya Street 71-73) has had Piligrim as its sole participant, with RUB 20.5 million, and Vitaly Bagamanov as general director since its registration; for 2025 it reported assets and equity of RUB 728.8 million each and no employees. Piligrim has held 27.98% (RUB 19.4 million) since 1 November 2025; on 30 June 2026 Almarea joined with 72.02% (RUB 50 million) as the share capital rose from RUB 19,428,200 to RUB 69,428,200, and on 29 September 2026 the company became a participant of MK OOO 'Sasare Holdings Limited' (state registration number 1263900003751), of which Piligrim had been a participant since 16 April 2026. Bagamanov is general director of both. [src-075] [src-074] [src-068] ## Cypriot companies of the same names - Analysis: Three Cypriot companies with the same names, each listing Alexey Annenkov as its last director, were struck off the Cyprus register on the days the Kaliningrad companies were registered or joined by Piligrim: ALMAREA LIMITED (HE 396590, registered on 12 April 2019) on 21 February 2025; BCS GLOBAL MARKETS HOLDING LTD (HE 406068, registered on 15 January 2020 and earlier named BCS Global Markets Holding PLC) on 1 November 2025, with GLEIF recording its dissolution from that date; and SASARE HOLDINGS LIMITED (HE 425306, registered on 7 September 2021) on 16 April 2026. The first two had their registered offices at Vashiotis Kalande Offices, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol. No transfer or continuation document was retrieved: the matching names and dates are consistent with a transfer of the companies' incorporation from Cyprus to Kaliningrad, but the records reviewed do not state it, and the Cyprus register gives only the director's name, without identifiers.
