**Answer.** Alexey Annenkov has been sole director of the company since 2 December 2022; the April 2025 prospectus states that he is also a director of Seldthorn Private Equity Limited, the Cypriot company the group sold to Oleg Mikhasenko in 2022. Copies of the Cyprus register link a director of that name with several other companies of the group's circle, as possible matches by name. Russian records show a person of the same full name as liquidator of the Moscow broker ZAO BrokerCreditService and of other BCS-named companies in 2015; no identifier links that person to the director.

- Analysis: Alexey Annenkov has been the company's sole director since 2 December 2022, appointed for an unlimited period, when Vitaliy Shelikhovskiy left the board. - Analysis: Copies of the Cyprus register published by registry aggregators link a director named Alexey Annenkov with companies of the group's circle besides FG BCS LTD: Seldthorn Private Equity, BCS Global Markets Holding, Routa Luxury Services, Almarea and Danofe Trading; another copy names him as authorised person of the Cypriot registration of BCS Prime Brokerage Limited. A professional-networking profile for 'Alex Annenkov' in Limassol gives Seldthorn Private Equity Limited as the current employer. ## A Russian liquidator of the same name

- Analysis: Russian registry data record a person with the same full name, Alexey Vladimirovich Annenkov, as liquidator of ZAO BrokerCreditService, a Moscow broker registered in 2006 at Prospekt Mira 69, building 1, and liquidated on 7 August 2015; from 13 October 2015 as liquidator of the non-state educational institution 'BCS Training Centre', registered at the same address; and from 17 December 2015 of LLC IK Yugra Nefteprodukt, a Novosibirsk exchange broker, among other companies. In January 2026 the Kazakh subsidiary's website gave Prospekt Mira 69, building 1, as the address of the group's 'Moscow Headquarters'. The Russian records do not link this person by any identifier to the company's director; the identification rests on the full name, which also appears for the director in Kazakh records and in the Uralsib group-of-persons list, and on the BCS names and Moscow address of the companies.
