Scope and method

Covers BB Trade Estonia OÜ (Estonia, registry code 14814864), its owners, officers, group and sister companies, payment and banking counterparties, auditors and the proceedings concerning it, from its registration in September 2019 to records retrieved on 19 October 2026. It relies on the documents retained by one research collection, which its own records describe as incomplete; many accounts of loans, transfers and wallets come from a law firm acting for claimants and could not be checked against the underlying contracts, ledgers or bank records, which were not retained.

Every statement and relationship extracted from the retained documents was read and given a recorded decision, and each public claim was compared with the exact passage of its source document. Allegations were searched for across all retained document text for responses and outcomes, which are kept beside each claim. Sources other than allowlisted official records of Estonian, Polish, Swiss, Italian, Bahamian, British and Florida registries, regulators, prosecutors and gazettes are identified by category only. Personal details such as personal identification codes, birth dates, citizenship and home addresses are omitted, and private individuals charged in Poland are named only by the initials used by prosecutors. The review was carried out by an AI editor without independent human review.
