Almarea (state registration number 1253900001981, at Oktyabrskaya Street 71-73) has had Piligrim as its sole participant, with RUB 20.5 million, and Vitaly Bagamanov as general director since its registration; for 2025 it reported assets and equity of RUB 728.8 million each and no employees. ^{1 2}

The first two had their registered offices at Vashiotis Kalande Offices, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol.
