1Identity

analysisGLEIF records Farringford Foundation (LEI 213800Z5SG67869MF746) as an active Panamanian private foundation, registration number 25040243, with its legal address care of the law firm Arias, Fabrega & Fabrega in Panama City and a creation date of 20 September 2024; it declares reporting exceptions for its own parents. That date does not match the 2022 annual report, which already names the foundation as ultimate controller, or a Panamanian aggregator's 'about seven years' since incorporation, and the record does not explain the difference. The aggregator keeps the council, founder and protector behind a paywall. 1 2

2Control over the group

analysisThe group's March 2026 half-year report states that the foundation has decisive voting power over Trafigura Control Holdings Pte. Ltd., the ultimate parent, without exposure or rights to variable returns. According to the Bulgarian regulator's 2024 report, Trafigura Control Holdings holds 99% of the voting rights in Trafigura Beheer B.V. and is owned by the foundation. Citing the group's application, the report describes the foundation as having no shareholders and being controlled by its council, Jeremy Weir, Pierre Lorinet, Andrew Vickerman and Mark Irwin, and concludes that it exercises indirect control over TPTE's subsidiary Trafigura Nat Gas Limited; the record has no later statement of the council's members. 1 2

documentedAccording to the EWRC report, the members of Trafigura Beheer B.V. are Trafigura Control Holdings Pte Ltd of Singapore, which holds 99% of the voting rights, and three Jersey-registered holders: BDFH 2016 Nominee, Trafigura Trustees (Jersey) Limited and Trafigura Nominees (Jersey) Limited; Trafigura Control Holdings Pte Ltd is owned by Farringford Foundation, a Panamanian legal entity. 2

qualification
The chain is stated in an EWRC licensing report of 2024 that relies on the applicant's own submissions; no Singapore, Maltese, Swiss or Luxembourg register extract for these holdings is in the record. The report does not give the Jersey holders' shares or capacities.

analysisThe same four people appear as declared beneficial owners in a subsidiary's register: the Bulgarian commercial register, as shown by aggregators, recorded Irwin, Lorinet, Weir and Vickerman as beneficial owners of Trafigura Bulgaria EOOD from 16 October 2023 until all four were removed on 4 September 2025, and Lorinet, Irwin, Richard Holtum and Weir from 26 January 2026. Such entries are declarations to the register and do not show the basis of control. 3 4
