From entry 2 (18 December 2019) Bisang remained a board member with joint signing authority, and the registration was cancelled with entry 3 (daily register of 7 August 2020); the cryptocurrency news outlet dated the departure from Digital Wave Finance to June 2020. At Turcapital AG, then Digital Wave Assets AG, Bisang chaired the founding board, first with joint signing authority and from entry 2 (4 September 2020) with individual signing authority, alongside Michael Rendchen and Remo Schweizer, who left with that entry, and later Tobias Straube and Tobias Widmer. analysisTuricum Private Bank lists Louis Bisang as an executive director. Its staff page says that Bisang has worked in the financial sector with hedge funds and regulated Swiss investment fund companies, was a founding investor in two Swiss wealth and asset management firms, helped establish a company specialising in legal and compliance services, and represents both the bank's Zurich representative office and a shareholder group. That is the bank's own description, and it does not name the firms. The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission's register lists Turicum Private Bank Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Gibraltar on 12 January 1993 under number 47119, at Turicum House, 315 Main Street, with the trading name Turicum Mortgages and permissions including deposit-taking and MiFID investment services. ^{1 2}

analysisBisang, recorded as Louis Raymond Bisang, is a board member with individual signing authority of Qore Invest AG of Baar (CHE-173.356.775), entered in the Zug register on 3 September 2021 with a share capital of CHF 100,000, paid up from CHF 50,000 to the full amount in March 2025, and a purpose of real-estate and real-estate-financing services and the holding of participations; Christian Oliver Spring is its managing director. Bisang is also a board member of WMZ Holding AG of Zug (CHE-229.655.565), an investment holding company entered in the register on 27 November 2020 with Daniel Dzialowy as chair and Fabian Boffa and Ariel S. Davidoff as other board members; a SHAB notice of 3 October 2024 records an ordinary capital increase from CHF 100,000 to CHF 200,000. analysisBisang's other recorded mandates are mostly in the Zurich-area events and hospitality business. Kultstatus GmbH (CHE-115.059.787), founded in Zurich in 2009 to organise and market events and now seated in Küsnacht, had two partners at its foundation, each with ten quotas of CHF 1,000 out of a capital of CHF 20,000: Marco Ammann, chair of the management, and Louis Bisang, partner and managing director with individual signing authority; North Data still shows Bisang as managing director after a change of shareholdings published in February 2021. Sanapa GmbH of Zollikon (CHE-225.244.068), an entertainment and recreation company founded with a capital of CHF 30,000 according to a SHAB notice of 18 July 2022, has Bisang as one of six partners and managing directors, each holding five quotas of CHF 1,000 with joint signing authority. A SHAB notice of 19 February 2021 records that Bisang became a partner without signing authority of Dros GmbH of Klosters (CHE-114.637.291), which operates discotheques, bars and restaurants, holding 30 quotas of CHF 100, having previously been a partner and managing director with individual signing authority holding three quotas of CHF 1,000. ^{1 2 3 4 5}

analysisBisang was a member of the first board, with joint signing authority, of Club Bellevue AG (CHE-371.414.598), founded in Zurich in May 2012 to run bars, nightclubs and restaurants, in particular the Club Bellevue, and left that board in November 2018. Bisang sat on the first board, with individual signing authority, of Lima Zollywood AG (CHE-219.350.489), founded in Zurich in September 2015 for gastronomy, events and catering and later renamed Zollywood AG and moved to Zollikon, which recorded the departure in November 2021, and chaired Fusion Kitchen AG (CHE-238.850.628), a Zurich restaurant company founded in 2017 and deleted from the register in 2022, from its registration in April 2017 until July 2019.
