Advita Ortho, the buyer of Exactech's business

analysisAdvita Ortho, LLC announced on 3 November 2025 that it had acquired Exactech's product lines — among them the Equinoxe shoulder, Vantage ankle, Alteon hip and Truliant knee and the GPS navigation technology — together with its engineering, manufacturing and staff, and that it was owned by funds managed by affiliates of Strategic Value Partners, Stellex Capital Management and Greywolf Capital Management. analysisSeveral managers came from Exactech, among them Chris Roche, who designed the Equinoxe shoulder system and has led the extremities business since 2021; in 2026 the company named new finance, operations and human-resources chiefs.
