Scope and method

Covers Super Micro Computer, Inc., its subsidiaries, founders, directors and officers, major shareholders, the related parties Ablecom Technology and Compuware Technology and the companies and people behind them, auditors, lenders and parties to proceedings, from the company's founding in 1993 to records retrieved on October 17, 2026. It relies on the documents retained by one research collection, whose own records describe it as incomplete; documents outside that collection, including the full Special Committee and 2026 investigation reports, which are not public, were not read.

Every statement and relationship extracted from the retained documents was read and given a recorded decision, and each public claim was compared with the exact passage of its source document.
