1DWF is discussed, but not named as a defendant

analysisThe complaint filed on 4 May 2026 in Kolbrak v Kelly, SDNY 1:26-cv-03681, alleges misleading promotion of the MOTHER token and its proposed commercial uses. It describes the July 2024 DWF Labs partnership, token inventory supplied to market makers and an alleged price surge after the announcement. Its named defendant is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, known as Iggy Azalea, alongside unidentified Doe defendants; DWF Labs is discussed as a market maker but is not a named defendant in the retained pleading. 1 2

qualification
The plaintiff’s account is an allegation, not an adjudicated finding that DWF manipulated MOTHER or caused the token’s decline. Unidentified Doe defendants cannot simply be replaced with DWF. The complaint itself says holders had no equity in the promoter’s businesses. A limited docket-name search cannot establish that a person or company has no other litigation.
response
The retained filing does not contain a substantive DWF answer. No final merits outcome for this complaint is established in the material reviewed here.
