Remo Schweizer is recorded at Legacy Shift AG, CHE-173.013.513, while his BITWave AG mandate ended in the March 2024 publication history. Marco Schweizer is the sole board member of CTRL Shift AG, CHE-186.038.669, registered on 29 December 2025, and replaced Hans-Peter Schweizer on the board of Nial AG in the 2020 history. Nial’s much older legal identity and changed business purpose are independent of the DWF brand.

2Namesake and legal-vehicle leads left unresolved

analysisSome expansion leads remain outside the accepted ownership network. A Russian company with a similar Crypsis name has its own registration, founders and 2020 deletion history, but the retained record does not conclusively equate that company with the Crypsis brand in Grachev’s career. Likewise, Polish records concerning Michael Sebastian Rendchen describe real companies and capacities, but the material does not conclusively establish identity with the Swiss DWF director Michael Rendchen.
