the questionWhich management and professional connections are actually established?

1Dated leadership and outside professional roles

analysisThe retained 2023 leadership page identifies Chu as founder, CEO and chair; Goodgame as COO; Kollar as CFO; and executives responsible for compliance, risk, customer service and personnel. Its board included Dann Adams, Dick Anderson, Beth Brooke, Christian Donohue, Antonio Garza, Kathryn Petralia and Derrick Weatherspoon. Other dated sources identify Stan Erwin as a board member. Brooke’s appointment included chairing the audit committee. Earlier announcements record Nick Brown, Albert Hoover, Troy Sterk, Jennifer Lee and Stacie Trier in management roles.

qualification
The register preserves dated professional histories and board affiliations, not an assertion that every office continued through or after liquidation. Brooke’s EY role ended in June 2019; Kollar’s nFinanSe office ended on 4 November 2011; joining Equifax in 1999 is not the start of Adams’s later Global Consumer Solutions presidency. A director’s outside employment, investor affiliation or board overlap does not transfer criminal responsibility. Unresolved namesakes and inferred family associations are excluded rather than fused into the graph.
response
The proceedings discussed here identify particular accused or pleading individuals. No blanket claim is made that the other directors, former executives, advisers or outside organizations participated in the alleged conduct.
